Barack Hussein Obama

Will Barack Hussein Obama be swarn in that way?
Obama Distanced himself from his own middle name As far as I know, the "H" was officially thrown under the proverbial bus.
I was thinking it should be Barack Hussein Mohammed Obama. That has a nice ring to it..Don't it?

Mumbai! Who Did It?

When terrorists attack, media analysts go into who done it mode, metaphorically prowling the crime scene for footprints, as if the way to solve the mystery is to add up all the clues. The Mumbai gunmen seized British and American tourists. Therefore, it must be an attack on Westerners!
Thank God that Bush is still president for 7 more weeks. Or we would have had Obama wandering around with his thunb up his behind, wondering what to do.
The solution is not ideology but theology. We must counter the militancy of Islam with the benevolence of the Gospel. They are willing to kill to propagate their religion. We must be willing to go to war if we have to to stop these animals..

I raise my glass to President Bush

We, as Americans, have a lot to be thankful for. Even though lately our society seems to want to stress and magnify our differences for the shock-value or newsworthiness of conflict — we in the USA are a different breed of nation and always will be.
As we enter the Christmas season, I give thanks for a wonderful family around me. Close friends I can count on in times of need. Co-workers who are sometimes my closests brothers and sisters. And a blogosphere full of friends I’ve never met — but have known for years.
Finally, I’d like to thank President Bush for keeping me and my family safe. Despite my own soaring frustration with the President’s leadership and tactics — I am grateful that he kept his focus on the one part of his job that is most important. Despite all his faults, President Bush has, to the best of his abilities, preserved, protected and defended the Constitution of the United States during a very trying time in our nation.
We have been free from al-Qaeda attack for seven years. Thank you, Mr. President.

As President Bush Gets Ready To Leave Office, History I Think That Will Say That We Underestimated Him

As he leaves the White House at the end of his second term, the President has a poll rating of only 23 per cent, and is widely disliked and even despised
President Bush is a God fearing man full of integrity and pride. He has put America in a position to win a tough battle that will make us safe again and show other countries that they cannot come in here and mess with the US, if so there will be consequences. Well done President Bush, well done.
Democrats voted nearly unanimously for the war and then promptly said it can't be won so we have to leave in defeat. They said there is no military solution so we have to leave in defeat. When there was a military solution they said there's no political solution so we have to leave in defeat. When there's a political solution on the horizon they say we have to leave in defeat because it cost too much to win. In other words, screw our nation's honor, screw the troops and their families sacrifices, and most of all screw the Iraqi people, the United States has to lose this war no matter what... after all the Democrats have an election to win.
I for one am proud and thankful we have had President Bush on our side.Although I don't agree with some things Pres. Bush has/has not done( no protection from the illegal immigration invasion, for example), Pres. Bush got very little credit for his efforts against the terrorists. There's so many of our fellow Americans(mainly Democrats) with their heads in the sand pretending we're not in a war. They truly are fools, shown by people who have no logical arguments, only saying Pres. Bush is a liar.

Return with me to the thrilling days of yesteryear

CLINTON ACCEPTS OBAMA'S OFFER TO BECOME SECRETARY OF STATE

I think I'm going to puke!
This is change? He's digging up all of the Clinton era insiders to staff his administration. I wonder what he is going to offer Bill? Secretary of Sex Education?
The new governor of New York has indicated that he wants to appoint himself to fill Hillary's seat. As a sex pervert who is also blind and cluless, he might be able to pull it off.

Don't give up on George Bush

Don't give up on George, he didn't give up on us.
Lets remember the days when Bush defied the U.N. Security Council, and created a multi-national coalition to eliminate Saddam Hussein, conservatives split, some cheering the action, some joining the Democrats at home and socialists abroad who condemned the action.

But it seems that now we have forgetten those days, consequently, many, many Republicans have thrown up their hands and have decided to either join some doomed third-party movement or simply stay home. And what was the result of that?
Barack Obama the ultea Lib is going to take over the White House on January 20th. He's going to sit in the same chair that George Bush did when Bush told the democtatic congress where to stick it.
Rather than give up and stay at home, a better strategy may have been for conservatives to realize that the election depended on a lot more than electing John Mccain , Conservatives should realize that it takes 60 senators to prevail over the Democrats' filibuster. And we came damn close to that.
Rather than throw in the towel, conservatives might throw their effort into the campaigns of conservative candidates for the House and Senate and for the State legislatures, and county commissions.
But the conservatives did give up, and they did throw in the towel and they failed to show up for the November battle, the Democrats won by default. Republicans and Conservatives who truly believed that freedom is better than socialism, those who want freedom for their children rather than a world socialist government, will never, never, never, never give up. They showed on November 4th .

Bankruptcy

At this point, you are probably thinking I’m going to talk about the proposed bail-out of the Big Three U.S. automakers. But I’ll leave that to the experts and analysts in that industry.***
In 1994, General Motors bought control of the patent rights for the batteries needed for the Honda Electric Vehicle. GM tried to suppress these batteries, claiming that they could not use them in their EV1. In 1996, the GM EV1 was released with defective Delco batteries, GM apparently expected the whole thing to die out. The lease was an astronomical $599/month.In 1997, Honda overturned this false vision by releasing the Honda EV for only $499 per month.More important, the Honda EV had no battery troubles, and went twice as far, 125 miles, as GM’s EV1 could go on the puny Delco batteries.
Now GM announces the VOLT just as they are dying. But it will not be released until 2010, andIt goes 50 miles before needing gas.
GM should become extinct like the dinosaur,
